6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CineVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CineVerse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
